STRIVE is for youth ages 12-18, running May 26-28th at Millar College of the Bible (Pambrun, SK)
 
Registration Form:

You will need to fill out the registration form below, as well as the waiver.
We require an individual registration form and waiver for each youth and sponsor (leader).
 
Waiver:
 Please download the waiver below and fill in ALL the information in the fillable form. If you are having trouble filling it out
online, please print it, complete it, scan it, and upload it to the registration form. The registration form cannot be submitted without the waiver. (If the registration and waiver forms are not complete, your spot is not secured.)
 
 
 
 
  Payment:

Registration Cost: $130
Payments will be accepted through e-transfer. You may combine registration payments for multiple youth, but please include all youth names and your church name in the memo line. E-Transfers can be sent to striveagc@gmail.com. If you do not send the payment, your child will not be able to attend STRIVE. If you don't have a way of doing an e-transfer, please talk with your church's youth pastor/leader.
